Substitution of section-87 of the Bihar Act, 11, 2007- In said Act section-87 shall be substituted as follows, namely- “ 87. Preparation of accounting manual.- The State Government shall prepare, update and maintain, a Manual to be called the “Bihar Municipal Accounting Manual” for implementation of accrual based double entry accounting system containing details of all financial & accounting matters and procedures relating thereto in respect of the Municipalities.”
