Amendment of Section 82 of the Bihar Act 11, 2007- In the said Act after subsection- (7) of section-82 a new subsection (8) shall be added, namely- “(8)Budget estimate shall be prepared, presented and adopted in such Form and in such manner, as may be prescribed,”
