Sub para (4) of para 5 of the Bihar Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil Dealers Licencing Order, 1966, shall be substituted by the following :- "(4) The fees specified below shall be chargeable in respect of each licence, namely:- (i) For the issue of a licence to an oil company Rs. 25,000; (ii) For the renewal of a licence to an oil company Rs. 20,000; (iii) For the issue of a duplicate licence to an oil company Rs. 10,000; (iv) For the issue of a licence to a dealer other than an oil company Rs. 10,000; (v) For the renewal of a licence to a dealer other than an oil company Rs. 5,000; (vi) For the issue of a duplicate licence to a dealer other than and oil company Rs. 2,500.
