Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This order may be called the Bihar Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel Oil Dealers Licencing (amendment) Order, 2016. (2) It shall extend to the whole of state of Bihar. (3) It shall come into force on the date of its final publication in the Bihar Gazette.
