Appeal against the decision of Claims Officer. - An appeal shall lie against any decision of the Claims Officer under Section 16, if preferred within sixty days of the date of such decision to a Board to be constituted by the State Government in the manner provided in Section 18: [Provided that if the decision is recorded before the constitution of such Board, an appeal against such decision may be preferred within ninety days of the commencement of the Bihar Land Reforms (Amendment) Act, 1959.]
