Residual Matter- (a) Age –Age limit shall be applicable as determined by General Administration Department for different posts under the State Government. (b) Seniority-The inter-se seniority of directly recruited Assistant Architect shall be determined according to the merit list. (c) Leave- The provisions contained in circular issued by General Administration Department and Finance Department shall be applicable in respect to leave and holiday. (d) Transfer/Posting-The provisions contained in circular issued by Cabinet Secretariat & Co-ordination Department as well as General Administration Department shall be applicable in respect to transfer/posting. (e) Pension-The new pension scheme shall be applicable for those personnel who joined on or after 01/09/2005 (f) Salary, Allowances and others-Salary, allowances and other service conditions shall governed/regulated by the general Government Rules/orders/Resolutions/Instruction notified for that purposes by the State Government from time to time.
