Promotion- The promotion from the post of Architect service cadre (Assistant Architect) to the posts of Bihar Architect Service (Associate Architect) shall be given in following manner:- (i) Assistant Architect to Associate Architect Associate Architect to Senior Architect 5 बहार गजट (असाधारण), 11 11 11 11 जुलाई जुलाई जुलाई जुलाई 2014 2014 2014 2014 Senior Architect to Chief Architect (ii) Criteria for promotion from any post to higher post shall be seniority cum merit. (iii) A list of eligible officers shall be prepared for promotion on the basis of their seniority which shall be three times more than the number of available vacancy. (iv) Criteria for promotion up to the post of chief Architect shall be seniority with merit and confidential remarks as well as vigilance clearance.
