SUPPLY BY THE BOARD TO LICENSEES OWNING GENERATING STATIONS. -The Board may at any time declare to a licensee owning a generating station, other than a controlled station, situate within an area for which a scheme is in force that it is ready to make a supply of electricity available to the licensee for the purposes of his undertaking, and thereupon, but without prejudice to the provisions of Sec. 47, the provisions of the Second Schedule shall apply in respect of the relations between the Board and the said licensee.
