CONTROLLED STATIONS. - 1[(1)] Where a generating station situate within an area for which a scheme is in force has been designated in the scheme as a controlled station, the relations between the Board and the licensee owning the station shall, subject to any arrangements agreed under Sec. 47, be regulated by the provisions of the First Schedule. 2[(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or any scheme made there under, no generating station owned by a Generating Company shall be designated as a controlled station.]
