Officers and Servants of the Authority. - The Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, appoint, such officers and servants to assist the Authority as it considers necessary for carrying on its business. The remuneration and other conditions of service of such officers and servants shall be such as may be prescribed by the Board and approved by the Government.
