Functions of the Extension Education Council - (1) Education Extension Council shall consider and make recommendations in respect of the following :- (i) The Education Extension Programmes and Projects of the University; (ii) Co-ordination of Extension Education activities for improvement of Animal Husbandry and allied branches and for the development of Rural communities; (iii) Development of Farmers’ Education and Training and Advisory Services, identification and resolution of field problems and transmission of informations; (iv) Methodology of EducationExtension; (v) Integration of Education Extension with teaching and research in the University and ensure the participation of teachers and research workers in Education Extension programmes; (vi) Any other matter referred to it by the Vice-Chancellor, Board or any other authority of the Univeristy.
