Definations. In this Act unless there is anything repugnant to the subject or context- (i) "Act" means The Bihar Agriculture Market Yard Land Transfer Act, 2017; (ii) "Schedule" means schedule annexed to this Act; (iii) "Government" means the State Government of Bihar; (iv) "Agriculture Department" means the Agriculture Department of the Government of Bihar; (v) "Tourism Department" means the Tourism Department of the Government of Bihar; (vi) "Market Yard" means Market Yard under Agriculture Department of the State of Bihar.
