Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the Bihar Agriculture Market Yard Land Transfer Act, 2017. (2) It shall extent to the land transfer for Shree Guru Govind Singh Multipurpose Prakash Kendra and Garden. (3) It shall come into force at once.
