(1) There shall be a Finance Committee with a person deputed by the Executive Council as Chairman to advise the University on any question affecting its finances. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee and its procedures, including the delegation of its powers, shall be prescribed by the Statutes. 22 Staff Council.
