(1) The Board may, at any time, during the year for which any estimate has been sanctioned, cause a supplementary estimate to be prepared and la~d before it at a special meeting. (2) The provj•dons of sub-secdons (3), (4) and (6) of Section 34 and of Section 35 shall apply to every supplementary estimate.
