(1) Every such esdmate, as sanctioned by the ~o~:ti:.~~:. JAN. 9, 1981. Supplemen- tary estimat~. Repayment of Loans by ehe Board. (ii) disallow the estimate or any portion thereof, and return the estimate to the Board for amendment. (2) If any estimate is so returned to the Board, it shall forthwith proceed to amend it and re- submit the estimate as amended to the State Government who may then approve it.
