Where any person is aggrieved by an order Application directing registration under section 86 which has been 1{ Sj made afler verification of the information received by re local enquiry only he may apply to the officer passing gistration. the order or his successor in office to set aside the order and on receipt o f such application the officer receiving it shall cancel the registration and then proceed to publish the notice and hold ti e enquiry as in clause (A) of the proviso to section 86.
