Where a holding is sold in execution of a 45 holding sold c e rtificate far arrears of rent signed under the Bengal B cn j ^ c t o" certificate. Public Demands Recovery Act, 1913, the holding n i of 1913. shall, subject to the provisions of section 62 of this Act, pass to the purchaser if such certificate was signed on the requisition of or in favour of a sole landlord or the entire body of landlords, and the provisions of Chapter X II shall, so far as may be, apply.
