Subject to any rules made in this behalf, any person generally or specially cf cay authorized by the Authority in th1s behalf, may, at all reasonable t:imes, enter upon any !and or premises and do such things thereon as may be necessary for the purpose or lawfuJly canyf ng out any works or for making any survey, examination or investigations, preliminary or incidental to the exercise or any power or performances of any function by the Authority under this Act: .Member Sccn:ury.
