(1) The State Government may direct Its Town and Country Planning Organization, other departments and GuwahatJ Metropolitan Development Authority to provide on such terms and conditions as may be mutually agreed upon, such technical assistance to the Authority as that Government may consider necessary. Powerof SO. The Authority may, by resolution, delegate, from time to time, any power tk~oo.
