In the principal Act, after Section 8, the fol­ lowing Schedule shall be inserted, nam ely:— "SCHEDULE . .-M r, (See Section 5A) Insertion of a Schedule. (1) Entertaining applications in Bodo presented by members of the public. (2) Receiving documents in Bodo presented for registration with English copy as long as the use thereof is permissible for the official purposes of the Union under any law made by the Parliam ent in this behalf, and thereafter Hindi in place of English or Assamese copy thereof. ’ ____ (3) Publication of :— (i) all Acts passed by the State Legislature in Bodo ; (ii) all Orders, Regulations, Rules and Bye­ laws issued by the State Government under the Constitution of India or any law macle by Parliam ent or the Legis­ lature of the State in Bodo. (4) Publication of Government advertisements in Bodo.” ® l . ‘nd 4. (1) The Assam Official Language (’Amendment') ordSmee Ordinance. 1984 is hereby repealed. No. vm (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything ofl984‘ done or any action taken under the prin­ cipal Act as amended by the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the principal Act as amended by this Act.
