( 1) The Board shall take all such steps as may be necessary for the purpose of effective exercise of the powers of management and control over the affai~s and properties of the Club. (3) The Board may form such number of committees or sub-committees to assign different functions of the Board with such powers, functions and number of members in each committee or sub-committee as may be determined by the Board.
