Act and any other person in custody of any books of accounts, registers, records, other documents or properties of and relating to the Club shall to enable the Board to exercise the power of Manage- men t and control effectively hFmdover such custody to the Board · within a period of one week from the elate of constitution of the Board or within such further time as may be allowed by the State Government if considered neces- sary. (2) If any person, without any reasonable excuse knowingly and wil- fully makes default in complying ·with the require::- e:::its of the preceding sub- section he shall be punishable with imprisonfY'cnt which may extend to six months or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both.
