In the principal Act, tn section 11, in sub- of section section (3), after existing clause (d), th; following new sub-clauses shall fee inserted, namely “(e) seats reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes under sub-clans'- (d) shall be determined by the State Government by order published in the Official Gazette : Provided that such scats reserved for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes mav be allotted by rotation to different constituencies ir. such manner as the State Government may, by order published ' in toe Official Gazette, direct. (f) The number of seats reserved lor women belonging to Scheduled Castes ar d Scheduled Tribes from amongst the seats reserved for Sche duled Castes and Scheduled Tribes under first proviso to sub-clause (d) s! all be determined by the State Government by order published in the Official Gazette : Provided that such seats reserved for women belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes may be allotted by rotation to different consti tuencies in such manner as the State Government may, by order published in the Official Gazette, direct. 2 1 THE ASSAM GAZETTE.
