(1) The Executive Council shall meet at least once in every three months for transaction of its business at such place and time as the Chief Executive Council- lor may direct. (2) The Meeting shall be convenced by the Chief Executive Councillor by giving seven clear days notice in writing to each member of the Executive Council.
