(l) It shall exercise alt other powors of the University of which no specific provisions have been made in this Act or in thc Satutes. (B) OTHER MEMBERSI (Xry) Persons not exceeding three. other than teachers of the Llniversity, appointed by the Chancellor being penions who by reasons oftheir possessing expert knowledge in subjects narned for the purpose by the ex-officio members of tlre Academip council are in the opinion of the Ctrancellor fit to serve in the Council; (XV) Two pgrsons to he elected by the Cr)rrrt, who are not employees or studetlts of the University; and (XVl) Two members (one female) of the Madhabdev Collegel Madhabdev tlniversity Alumni (to be nominated by the Vice Chaneellor).
