Atneiidmtnt o f Section 2 o f Assam Afct 1 of i953.—For sub = Section (3) and the explanation below it in Section 2 of the Principal Act the following shall be substituted, namely :— “ (3) Liquor means arty intoxicating liquor and includes all liquid consisting Of or containing alcohol^ also Ta ri conta ining alcohol and Pachwai in any form and any substance which the State Government may, by notification, declare to be liquor for the purpose of this Act; Expldnnticns*—(i) This definition shall not apply to hny toilet pfepara- tion or medicine containing alcohol.
