A m endm ent o f secti on 34 o f th e R egula ti on I of 1886.—In sec tion 34 of the said Regulation,—(I) the semi-colon after the word “be ha lf” shall be substituted by colon and the words and punctua tion “or, at the expiry of that term no new settlem ent has been made, until a new settle ment has been made shall be deleted. (2) in the proviso the following new clause (a) shall be inserted and the existing clauses (a), (b) and (c) shall be re-numbered as clauses (Z>), (c) and (d) respectively, namely— “ (a) the revenue shall be liable to revision according to the law for the time being in force.” [Price '06 nP. or !</.] Z\GP (Leg) n /5 9—1550—19-10-59.
