A m endm ent of se ctio n 3 of Reg ula tion I o f 1886. -In section 3 of the said Regulation, after clause (1) the following new clause («) shall be inserted, namely— “ (m) ‘‘Deputy Commissioner” includes and shall be deemed always to have included the Additional Deputy Commissioner.”
