42. B. Notwithstanding anything con- tained in this Act any decision given, order m ade, anything done, any action taken or any proce- edings commenced under any of the provisions of the Act or Rules, Statu'tes, Regulations in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, shall, in so far as 'they are not inconsis- tent with the provision of this Act, continue in force and shall be deemed to have been given, made, done or taken, commenced under the provisions of this Act.
