In Section 2 of the Principal Act, after clause (1) the following shall be inserted a- clause (2) and the existing clauses (2) and (3) shad be renum bered as clauses (3) and (4) respectively, namely ;— “ (2) ‘The K badi and Village Industries Com m is sion’ means the Commission established under Central Act the K badi and Village Industries Commission Act, 61 of 1956. 19.56 ”
