No person shall treat or inject a Kala-azar patient Kala-a;:,ar unless- of Kala-azar , patient. ior Penalties. (i) he is a registered medical practitioner, or (ii) he is a medical practitioner possessing a special certificate of Government for diagnosis and treatment of Kala-azar cases: Provided that such a Kala-azar patient may be treated or injected for Kala-azar by an unregistered practitioner under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner or a medical practitioner possessing a special certificate of Government for diagnosis and treatment of Kala-a;:;,ar.
