Power to w ithdra w an y Not ificat io n.— Th e State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, withdraw at any time the order published in Notification No.GL R. 174/54, dated the 1st May, 1954 modifying the decision of the Appellate Tribu nal of India pronounced on the 2nd April, 1954, in Appeal No.CAL/244/52 in the matter of the workmen of all Tea Estates in Assam represented by the Indian National Trade Union Congress, Dibrugarh versus Managem ent of all Tea Estates in Assam, represented by the Indian Tea Association, Calcu tta and others.
