Sh or t title, ex tent an d com m en ce m en t.— (1) This Act may be called the Industrial Disputes (Appellate Tribunal) (Withdrawal of Assam Modification Orders) Act, 1958. (2) It extends to the whole of Assam. (3) It shall come into force at once.
