In sub-section (3) of section 7-A of the Indus- of Act'l4 oP Disputes Act. 1947, after clause (a) the following 1947, clause shall be inserted, namely :— “ (aa) he has worked as a District Judge or as an Additional District Judg e or as both for a total period of not less than three years or is qualified for appointment as a Judge of a High Cou rt: Provided that the appointment to a Tribunal of any person qualified under this clause shall not be made without consultation with the Assam High Co urt; or” . 38 Am endment
