(1) The Regulatory Authority may, with the approval of the Government, appoint such employee or employees as may be deemed necessary for the purposes of carrying out the functions of the Authority under this Act. (2) All posts in the Regulatory Authority shall be created with prior concurrence of the Finance Department, Government of Assam.
