(1) The State Government shall, by notification published in the Official Gazette, constitute a Guwahati Water Regulatory Authority to exercise the powers conferred on, and discharge the functions assigned to it, under this Act from time to time. (2) The Regulatory Authority shall consist of the following members:- i (a) Chairman; (b) Member (Technical); (c) Representative of Consumers as Member.
