(2 ) Every Arbitration Board under sub section (1; shall consist of— (i) one mem ber nom inated by the applicant, («) one mem ber nominated by the Gram Sabha, and (iii) one mem ber nominated jointly by the members referred to in clauses (t) and (n) or if they do not agree, by the prescribed authority.
