- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Gauhati and°com- ° University (Amendment) Act, 1975
- S. 2Section 2 amends Gauhati University Act to allow the university to maintain affiliated colleges and halls and withdraw affiliation.
- S. 3Section empowers the Chancellor to suspend university authorities and control their affairs as needed.
