Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Court shall have the following powers, namely :— (a) of approving or rejecting the draft Statutes or draft amendments to Statutes placed before it by the Execu tive Council, (b) of considering and cancelling Ordinances, and (c) of considering and passing resolutions on the annual report, the annual accounts and the financial estimates, for appropriate action, and shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred or imposed upon it by the Statutes.
