The following shall be substituted for sub- Ameudment section (2) of section 2 of the principal Act, of section n a n n p ]v .__ 2 of Assam ' ' Hr'qX X I o f 2.(2) "State Prohibition Council’’ means the body of a non-official residents of the State as may be constituted by the State Govern ment by notification in the official Gazette. Insert a new sub-section after sub-section (2) of Section 2. (2)(i) ' Prohibition Officer’’ means a person appointed under Sections 18 (3) of the Act. 2 ofsecdon'l's
