In the principal Regulation, in Section 24, of^secuon £o r p o rtio n beginning with the words, "shall be” and ending with the words "such damage”, occuring after the clause (b), the following shall be substituted, nam ely: "Shall be punished with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees or with imprisonment which may extend to one year or with both, or THE ASSAM GAZETTE.
