(1) The Assam Contingency Fund Assam Ordi- (Amendment) Ordinance, 2000 is hereby nance No. repealed. 11 of 2000. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act as if this Act had commenced on the 11th August, 2000.
