Payment into the Contingency Fund.-There shall be paid by the State Government into the Contingency Fund, a sum of Rs.35 lakhs out of the Reve- 1 nues of the State for the financial year 1950-51. * 2 * • l * * * * • • l [ 4.-All expenditure met out of advances from the Fund made in the j aforesaid manner shall be laid before the Legislature for authorisation within the 1 financial year in which such advances are made ]3.
