In the principal Act, in section 8, in the second proviso, after the words “such employee” appearing at the end, the following shall be inserted, namely “except in cases of employees whose Contributory Provident Fund account has not been opened till the date of coming into force of this Act.” Assam Act No.XLVI of 2005 S.
