In the principal Act, in section 3, in clause (g), in the first proviso, for the punctuation mark “ . ” appearing at the end, the punctuation mark “ : ” shall be substituted and after the first proviso, the following new proviso shall be inserted, namely :- “Provided further that the existing employees whose Contribu tory Provident Fund account has not been opened till the date of coming into force of this Act, shall not be liable to refund the said Governm ent's share of the Contributory Provident Fund money for admissibility of pension.”
