Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes and the Ordinances, each Board studies shall have the following powers and duties, namely:- (a) to make recommendations to the Post-Graduate or the Under-Graduate Board, as the case may be, about the pattern of courses, curricula and syllabi to be laid down for different courses and the examinations to be held for such courses and to make recommendations for revision of courses, syllabi, curricula and examinations in so far as they relate to the field of the particular branch of study; 440 ASSAM GAZETTE, EXTRAORDINARY, FEBRUARY 28, 2009_________ .. k-'"’ Finance
