Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force, with effect from the date of confirmation of the declaration, all rights, title and interest of persons whose declarations have been confirmed under sub-section (4) of section 3 in or over the lands covered by such declarations, shall cease and shall stand transferred to and vest in the Bhoodan Board .
