The Board may, with prior approval of the Boa:d R 10 Government make Regulations not inconsistent with the ~ti~~s. egu- provision of this Act for all or any of the following pur- poses namely:- (a) The manner in which meetings-of the Board shall be convened, quorum :for the transaction of busi- ness there at and procedure at such meetings ; (b) The appointments of such officers and servants as may be necessary for the purpose of perfor- ming the duties and exercising the powers of the Board and their terms and conditions of service.
