- S. 1(i) This Act may be called the Asom Rastrabhasa Pra-char
- S. 2In this !Act•:- (a) "Board" means the Asam Rastrabhasa Prachar Board constituted under Section 3 of this Act
- S. 3Section 3 establishes a Board to manage and control the Assam Rastrabhasa Samiti, with specific members including the Chief Minister and Education Minister.
- S. 4Section 4 transfers management and control of the Samiti to the Board, dissolving its executive bodies and transferring its properties and employees to the Board.
- S. 5Section 5 mandates office bearers of the Samiti to submit a statement on non-compliant matters within 15 days, with penalties for non-compliance.
